After getting clean I was obsessed  for different types of unhealthy foods, drinks and weight gain supplements. I was all about eating and consuming all i can have my hands on. It was just similar to my addiction towards substances which shifted to different types food items.

After consultation with my counselor and dietician i got to understand that improper eating and compulsive behavior will lead me to shift towards my substance of use. The weight i lost lead me to loose my self confidence and increase in level of social anxiety.

Now as i have continued my wellness session of scheduled dietary, yoga and mental exercises i have noticed a lot of changes in my body structure as well as my visualization about myself. I have started to accept myself as i am and i am not ashamed of myself anymore.
